Terms and Conditions for Rental of Apartments:

Booking and Payment: The booking of the apartment will be confirmed once the advance payment of 50% of the total amount has been made by credit card or Paypal. We accept all major credit cards, and your payment information will be handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations. Payment of the remaining 50% of the balance must be made within 48 hours before check-in. Case in centro Roma will send to the customer, via email, a link to proceed with the payment of the balance.

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation within this period, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the credit card or Paypal account used for the booking. Any transaction fees will be the responsibility of the guest.

Penalty for Cancellation within 48 Hours Prior to Check-in: In case of cancellation made within 48 hours before arrival, a penalty of 50% will be applied to the total rental amount. This amount will be charged to the credit card used for the booking.

Booking Changes: Any changes to your booking, including changes in dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be given at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cost changes will be charged or refunded to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of booking.

Check-in : Check-in time is from 3pm to 11pm. The guest must communicate the expected time of arrival in advance. Any arrivals after 11.00 pm must be agreed with the structure. Please respect these times to ensure efficient and smooth service for all guests.
By reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you understand and accept all policies relating to your apartment reservation, including the prepayment authorization on your credit card. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms upon appropriate notice.
